Terms of service

If you have any problems with your order please get in touch as soon as possible and we will do what we can to resolve any issues. Our products are made from natural wood and therefore the grain may vary and products will not be identical to those pictured in listings. We do however try our best to ensure that wood knots do not affect the visual appeal or quality of our products. Due to how they are made, they may also have a burnt wood odour which will subside in time. 

The buyer is responsible for ensuring correct spelling and  product requirements are communicated for personalised items. Any remakes will be at the buyers expense. 

Placing an order does not create a legally binding contract and orders may be cancelled by us for a number of reasons. In the rare occasion this may be necessary we will contact the buyer promptly. Some reasons for cancellation could include supply issues, technical issues or unexpected low stock of items. 

The buyer may request to cancel an order if necessary and this will be accepted if production has yet to begin for personalised items or if the item has yet to be dispatched for non personalised.

Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail or Hermes and will come with proof of postage. Once products have been posted, using safe and appropriate packaging, we hand over responsibilities to the carrier. We do not take liability for packages that are stolen, lost or damaged. The buyer will need to raise a claim with the carrier but we will assist with providing evidence for this where needed.
