Shipping policy

All packages are usually sent out within 3 days of receiving your order but our turn around times may vary, see shipping details at checkout. Items can be given priority if express shipping has been requested and paid for. The required spend for free postage is shown on the header at the top of our website.

Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail or Evri (if over 50cm) and will come with proof of postage.

Once products have been posted, using safe and appropriate packaging, we hand over responsibilities to the carrier. We do not take liability for packages that are stolen, lost or damaged. The buyer will need to raise a claim with the carrier but we will assist with providing evidence for this where needed.
