Refund policy

We accept refunds on non-personalised items only, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange this. The item must then be dispatched back to us within 28 days of this date. 

The buyer is responsible for return postage costs (unless the return is due to a faulty item). If the item arrives not in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
